Returns
All product sizes and specifications are clearly mentioned on each product page. Please review these carefully before placing your order. Size-related issues will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
If you wish to return a product, a return shipping fee of ₹120 will be borne by the customer and adjusted against the refund amount.
⚠ Important: You must record a complete unboxing video (360° view in clear lighting) at the time of opening the package. Without this video, damage claims cannot be accepted.
Our return window is 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- ✦Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- ✦Returned with the original packaging, tags, and invoice
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- ✕Earrings, Nose Pins (Naths), Toe Rings
- ✕Body Piercing Jewellery & Hair Accessories
- ✕Gift Cards
- ✕Custom-made or Personalized Products
- ✕Items purchased during Sale or Clearance Events
- ✕Items purchased from physical exhibitions
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- ✦If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- ✦Refunds will be issued after deducting the return shipping fee (₹120).
Late or Missing Refunds?
- • Check your bank account and payment provider first.
- • Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are received in a defective or damaged condition.
- ✦Minor variations in color, texture, or design from product images will not qualify for an exchange.
- ✦If the same item is available, we will arrange an exchange; if not, a refund will be processed.
To request an exchange, email care@crystalelements.shop with your order details and unboxing video.
Gifts
- ✦If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the return value.
- ✦If the gift was ordered and delivered to the purchaser first, the refund will go to the original buyer.
Return Shipping
To return a product, email us at care@crystalelements.shop for the return address. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
